Education

Jorge holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland where his dissertation was titled, “The New Analytics of Social Media in Services.”

He also earned a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering with highest honors and a BS in Computer Engineering with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
